We believe that instilling the importance of character in young men and women will prepare them above all else to face life's challenges. Lacrosse is a game, but the lessons we learn from the game are carried with us the rest of our lives. We maintain the highest standards of character both on and off the field.
Effort
No matter how talented the opponent, nothing he/she can do can limit our effort. We try our best in every situation, and through this effort we will succeed. If in spite of our best efforts we still do not gain victory, we will learn from our mistakes and grow on a team and individual level.
Positivity
We believe that a positive mental attitude is one of the biggest factors in a successful life. We create a positive and supportive learning environment for our players, and expect our members to be positive and supportive teammates.

The PLG Difference represents years’ worth of coaching and playing experience from our network of professional high school and college coaches. The PLG Difference is defined by our instructional-based training method. We train, we re-train, we correct, we improve, and we help our players excel by teaching them the fundamentals of the game including; how to properly catch, pass, shoot, dodge, defend and more. We create fundamentally sound lacrosse players with a strong lacrosse IQ and a solid understanding of the game.
